Cindy Cauthen is a Realtor with Prudential Ballard Realty in our Tri-County Office and has served the Tri-County area for the last 10 years. She has become a Multi-Million Dollar Producer through her commitment to hard work and exceptional service. Cindy joined Prudential Ballard Realty in June of 1999 and is now one of the top agents among Prudential's force of more than 80 Realtors in the Tri-County Area.   Cindy finished number one in the local Multiple Listing Service for 2005 for the most SALES by any individual agent.

Cindy earned four Top Awards for 2000 and 2001: #1 Sales Associate, #1 Listing Agent, Most Consistent Top Rock Achiever AND President's Circle - a National Prudential Award that places Cindy in the TOP 6% of Prudential Agents Nationwide. Cindy also was awarded Top Associate for Closed Volume in 2001. In 2002, Cindy received the Top Listing Agent Award and for the third consecutive year, received the National President's Circle Award.  Cindy, again in 2003, walked away with top honors: Top Sales Associate, Top Listing Associate, Top Closed Units Associate, and the Most Consistent Top Rock Achiever.  Cindy even went beyond the President's Circle Award for 2003 and was awarded the Chairman's  Circle Gold Winner, which puts her in the top 3% of Prudential Agents NATIONWIDE! 

For the 2nd Quarter of 2004, Cindy was awarded the Sales Professional Award for 2nd Place in Residential Units in the State of Alabama .  For the 3rd Quarter of 2004, Cindy was named the 1st Place Sales Professional for sales in Residential Units and 2nd Place for Residential Gross Commission Income, again in the State of Alabama.  To add to these well earned Awards, Cindy was recognized as the 2004 Top Sales Associate, Top Listing Associate, Top Associate for Closed Units AND Volume, Most Consistent Top Rock Achiever, Top Rock Sales and Listing Associate, Top Rock Closed Volume Associate and Top Rock Closed Units Associate. Cindy even excelled beyond her  previous awards, winning Nationally, The Chairman's Circle Platinum Award, which places her in the top 1% of agents NATIONWIDE!  Cindy claimed the National Chairman's Circle Platinum Award AGAIN in 2005 as well as the Tops Sales Associate, Top Associate for Closed Units AND Volume and the Most Consistent TOP ROCK Achiever.  She has already been awarded the Sales Professional Award for 3rd Place  in the State of Alabama for the 2nd Quarter of 2006.

Cindy works closely with several builders and developers in the area in a variety of price ranges; therefore, she is well versed in new homes as well as existing homes and land.

Having lived in the area for over 32 years she is very knowledgeable of the area and she also has two children who attended the local public school system.
